Pour. Pause. Receive.
Thirty-five years of practice has taught me this: we each carry an inner wisdom, and trusting it unlocks so much richness in our lives. It isn’t easy, and there’s no one way to do it. The connection can feel fleeting. But in the moments it’s there, even briefly, there’s a clarity that’s hard to describe. This is why I return to my practices: yoga, meditation, chanting, ritual, the teachings that speak to me.
Three Cup Path brings all of it together. The name draws from the Three of Cups tarot card: community, connection, joy. Cups brimming with tea as a nourishing vessel. And path: the journey we’re all on, walking each other home.
Women’s Circles
A Circle is a place to nourish and tend to your inner knowing. It gives you quiet, focus, and space, while in the company of others. There’s real wisdom in the collective: a clarity that comes from connection, a recognition of yourself in someone else’s words. As we learn to trust the wisdom of the Circle, we learn to trust our own.
The Circle may include elements of ritual, it is not tied to any specific religious tradition, and it is not a form of therapy or coaching. It’s a place where strangers walk in, and by the time we close, something real has passed between us. Every woman belongs, whether she shares a lot, a little, or simply receives in silence.
While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, regular participation in Circle can yield a range of benefits, such as:
- A deeper connection to your intuition and inner wisdom
- Increased self-awareness and self-acceptance
- A sense of belonging and community
- Greater ease and resilience in navigating life’s challenges
- A more authentic and embodied way of moving through the world
Ultimately, each Circle is a co-created space. The magic happens in the alchemy of our collective presence, intention, and openness.
Circles typically involve 6-12 women and last 1.5-2 hours. You’re welcome to come on your own or with a friend.
